Challenges Faced by DWS
Reaching remote areas increases the costs of assisting beneficiaries, posing a significant challenge. Our limited funds are stretched thin by the high expectations from people with disabilities and their families. Additionally, the limited disclosure on the causes of disabilities, inadequate government financial support, and insufficient affordable special schools for children with disabilities collectively compound the difficulties we face.
These challenges highlight the need for more resources and support to effectively address the needs of our beneficiaries and ensure they receive the necessary assistance and opportunities.
