DSW donated a wheelchair to Junior 15 years
DSW donated a wheelchair to Junior 15 years from his home Omwirashaniro, Kacuro , Kyanamira subcounty, Kabale District.
Junior was crawling with kneels and couldn’t move far from the compound of their home due to difficulties in movement.
Most of the time he is left closed inside house when other family members go to the garden.
When we talked to his parents, they said their biggest challenge is getting a wheelchair to Junior so that they can be able to take him to Church, School and move around than being kept home all the time. They further said they had tried to buy one for him but was quite expensive for them and they left it.
With our Initiative @DSW, we managed to get a wheelchair to Junior at no cost this September 2021 and he is now a happy boy with the entire family.
His parents were extremely happy and assured us that his life is going to change positively as we shall notice it during our next visit.
We continue to support PWDs so that they are able to live better lives.
