Overcoming Challenges: A Journey Back to School
At Disability Sign World (DSW), we are overjoyed to share the remarkable story of a young girl who faced immense challenges but never gave up on her dreams. After acquiring a disability in P.5 and dropping out of school, she spent the last seven years at home with her grandmother, being a double orphan. Last month, she shared her dream of returning to school with DSW.
Thanks to the generous support from UBU.eV, today marks the day she reports back to school. The joy and disbelief on her face, as she received her suitcase and scholastic materials, moved us all to tears. Her story is a powerful reminder that disability is not inability. Supporting children like her in achieving their dreams can transform lives.
