DSW managed to give out a wheelchair to Junior from Omwirashaniro village , Buhara subcounty, Kabale District who has been walking on his knees for the last 15 years. It was such joy for the parents to see their child take such a step in life. This will ease his movements around home.

We continue to thank Mr. Garisch for the great opportunity and sparing his time to share with us his expertise as far as issues concerned Persons with Disabilities is concerned. We have learnt a lot from him and we hope for the great change in the lives of PwDs and their families.
